Role Purpose:

As part of the Commercial Operations Data Science team, you will work closely with the multiple teams to ensure delivery of actionable insights and recommendations.


Essence of Role – Key Accountabilities:

You will produce analysis & actionable insights from multiple data sources to identify trends in relation to contact reasons and sentiment across all channels and presenting these in an easy to understand way.
You will work closely with IT, Engineering and reporting teams to ensure end to end data ingestion and processing and to scope and prioritise analysis and insights requirements.
You will provide outside-In perspective through Voice of the Customer and analysis.
You will work closely with the Big Data Team and Group to deliver predictive models and develop pro-active and reactive care strategies to eliminate & deflect calls to the most appropriate & efficient channel and deliver better customer experiences.
You will translate data into actionable insights and recommendations to improve customer satisfaction and grow value. Determine ROI and secure support from stakeholders to operationalise and realise benefits.
You will provide an understanding of the drivers of customer satisfaction (Touchpoint Net Promoter Score or TNPS) for different customer segments by analysing TNPS survey data linked to customer usage and demographic data.


We Are Looking For You, If You Have:

Essential

3-4 years experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist working with large data warehouse, analysing data, and delivering actionable insights.
An appropriate degree in a numerate discipline (e.g. Economics, Statistics, Finance, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering).
Experience of using Relational Databases/ Data warehouses.
Experience with statistical software (e.g. R, Python) and database languages (SQL).
Excellent communication and presenting skills.
Familiar with leading visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau, MicroStrategy, PowerBI).
Good commercial awareness and experience of deriving and communicating insights from analysis.
Comfortable communicating progress and outcomes to business stakeholders using relevant language.
Excellent team collaboration skills.
Curiosity to learn and self-driven.
